At Flex Fitness Equipment, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your training needs, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all equipment is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all manuals and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
